Resource: Financial Statements for the company assigned by your instructor in Week 2. (Company given is Duke Energy Corporation) – Annual Reports attached for 2013, 2012, 2011 and 2010
Review the assigned company's financial statements from the past three years.
 Calculate the financial ratios for the assigned company's financial statements, and then interpret those results against company historical data as well as industry benchmarks: 
Compare the financial ratios with each of the preceding three (3) years (e.g. 2013 with 2012; 2012 with 2011; and 2011 with 2010.
Compare the calculated financial ratios against the industry benchmarks for the industry of your assigned company.
Write a 350 to 700 word summary of your analysis.
Show financial calculations where appropriate.

Attached is the ratio analysis spreadsheet I showed in class last night. I think this will save you time in looking up the ratio formulas and doing the math. By making this easier, I hope you will be able to focus on interpretation of the ratios rather than their calculation. I'm expecting insights into the companies you are analyzing for the Week 3 assignment.
