Explain how a listing agent obtains a listing. Describe the steps that the agent must go through in order to close that listing and include any documents necessary in order to close the listing. Analyze potential problems that the listing agent may encounter in obtaining a listing and why such problems may occur. Conclude with recommendations of potential solutions.

Write a three- to four-page paper (not including the title and reference pages) that includes an introduction and conclusion paragraph. The paper should be comprehensive and include specific examples. The paper should be formatted according to APA guidelines and should include at least two scholarly sources with paraphrased citations.
