Prepare the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for your project and list as per the format in Figure 4-15 Sample WBS in page 138-139 of the textbook. Define and defend the logic behind the WBS you are presenting.

Delineate the critical path for your project. Describe the activities in the critical path, challenges that may cause a delay in the completion of any of them and your plans to manage such situations in the project.
