Excelsior - Lindbergh Kidnapping Annotated Bibliography

You will select a contemporary criminal case of your choosing, either federal or state. The essence of this assignment is to describe the issues, legal considerations, and concepts that arise from initial investigation through adjudication of the case, depending on which level of court in which they are adjudicated. The write-up of the case must incorporate all aspects of the criminal justice system—from investigation, to arrest, evidence, court proceedings, and eventually sentencing.

The paper must be a minimum of 5 pages (1250 words), not including title page and references. Use the APA (7th ed) writing style, Arial 11-point, or Times New Roman 12-point font. One inch margins all around.

Submit an annotated bibliography:

upon which your first paper is to be based. This will act as the foundation of your research and guide your paper. Annotated bibliographies also gather the reference materials and help summarize the articles, books, etc. you will be using in your case analysis.

in one MS Word document in APA format and place it in the appropriate assignment dropbox, using the naming convention: "JSmithANNBIB1.doc", etc.

Compose your work in a .doc or .docx file type using a word processor (such as Microsoft Word, etc..) and save it frequently to your computer. For those assignments that are not written essays and require uploading images or PowerPoint slides, please follow uploading guidelines provided by your instructor.
