Evidence-Based Process Improvement Project Presentation

In this assignment, you will create a PowerPoint Presentation which provides an overview of your Process Improvement Project. You will need to provide voice over or extensive notes on each slide. Your presentation will contain information from all the Process Improvement assignments. You must include the following criteria in the PowerPoint Presentation.

• Discuss the methods used to identify and retrieve the evidence and the rationale for exploring the clinical issue chosen. Explain the PICOT question and problem and how it relates to health promotion. (EP-SLO#4)
• Discuss the recommendation for practice based on research evidence in reference to health promotion. (EP-SLO#4)

• The paper must adhere to the following criteria:

• The PPP must be a minimum of 20 slides excluding title and references slides
• Must include a separate title slide with the following:
  • Title of presentation
  • Student’s name
  • Course name and number
  • Instructor’s name
  • Date submitted
• Must document all sources in APA style
• Must include a separate references slide that is formatted according to APA style. Must have a minimum of five references.
• Must include elaborative and substantive slide-related notes or voice over that provide key points of emphasis and contextualizing information.
