Evaluate Risk Assessment (Computer Security)

Understanding risk is important when designing secure systems. Write a paper to evaluate key management issues pertaining to risk assessment. Include the following:

• What are the commonly used security assessment methods?
• What are the various qualitative and quantitative risk assessment tools?
• Should time be spent working on a risk assessment? If so, why? If not, why not?

Support your paper with at least three (3) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
