Flowcharting is described in Chapter 11, Process Analysis and the text provides several examples. These illustrations show how to use the standard symbols in flowcharting, as well as the framework of how to structure types of processes. Buffers, alternative paths, and simultaneous activities are a few of the figures that the book provides. Construct a flowchart (that has at least 15 steps) that mirrors a process at work. Include a brief one to two page summary of how you might consider improving this process. Save your file in one of these acceptable file formats: .doc, .docx, .rtf.
