Based on your research in the first e-Activity, provide tips on managing e-mail efficiently and effectively for business. Please note this is for a business environment and not personal e-mail, so attack this question as if you were a small business owner conducting an e-commerce component to your business. Examine the problems with SPAM and then offer an efficient way for a business to combat the spam problem. Be sure you define SPAM, indicate you know where SPAM originates and its intent, the problem with SPAM for businesses, and different ways businesses can deal with it.
