·  Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (WARN)

·  Employment Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA)

·  National Labor Relations Act (NLRA)

·  Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA)

·  Sarbanes-Oxley Act (see whistleblower protection provisions)
