Find two examples you believe to be business-to-customer (B2C). Provide their URLs. When selecting your two examples, choose one which you believe works well - either from your personal experience of others (friends or family). For your second example, select an example of a bad B2C you know of that is, one you would never go to. Why did you make the choices you did? What are the essential elements of each? Describe the user experience that makes one a site that you would use vs. one that you would not.
