Your principal has requested that you spearhead a staff and parental evaluation and assessment resources project. The principal will also be stocking the office with informational material for parents from the PowerPoint presentation you will develop.

Create a PowerPoint presentation of 15-25 slides, not including your title and reference slides, that outlines federal guidelines on procedural safeguards or rights of special needs’ children and families. Include the following:

1. Bibliography of local and state resources for parents and staff.
2. Resources and activities available to parents and teachers for the academic, emotional, social, and psychological well-being of young children in various stages of development. Provide key facts about each resource and activity.

Use the key facts from the presentation to create a two-sided pamphlet for use in your school.

Use 3-5 scholarly resources to assist you in completion of this assignment.

While APA style format is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected and in-text citations and references should be presented using APA documentation guidelines, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, located in the Student Success Center.
