After reading the scenario, complete the requirements below.

Due to the large nature of the fire, the fire chief has questions about the operation that must be addressed. The fire chief has requested that you complete an after-action review pertaining to the issues with fire flow for the incident. Your assigned task is to draft an after-action review report of at least three pages for the fire chief. Your after-action review should start with a list of the known issues that occurred during the incident pertaining to the fire flow. This after-action review is not intended to discuss strategy and tactics that were used by the incident commander (IC). The fire chief simply wants to have a better understanding of the fire flow challenges that occurred during the incident. In addition to this list of challenges, your after-action report should address the following items listed below.

· Discuss the total fire flow of the efforts made during the incident. Make sure to include how the water distribution system affected the fire flow.

· Why could the crews not get enough water out of the water distribution system?

· What effects did the water hammer have on the water distribution system and the water flow demand of the incident?

· What other options could the IC have implemented to establish a water supply to support the fire flow for this incident?

Conclude your report with a recommendations section to ensure that a similar situation does not occur in the future. You must utilize at least two external resources to support the information in your after-action report. Adhere to APA Style when creating citations and references for this assignment. APA formatting, however, is not necessary.
