Based on your area of interest and/or career goals(Accounting), choose an organization (NGO or not-for-profit)/community and/or city(Chicago)/industry/company and describe what it is that do they do, and their purpose for existing.

Research and explain:

• The issues they may be facing and their sustainability efforts and activities.
• Controversies related to sustainability they may be facing.  For example, what may be a reason/justification for them NOT to engage in these activities.

Use at least five (5) references, and please cite your references in APA style.

The paper should be 4 pages.

Make at least three (3) recommendations as to how their efforts can be improved, and/or what other areas they can look into to improve their sustainability programs.
