List the names and organizations for any attorneys/legal representatives named as part of the county LEPC.  If none are listed, contact your LEPC and ask who provides legal advice during emergencies for the county emergency management coordinator.  Finally, go to that person’s webpage to find references to their role in emergency management.  Discuss whether and how easy or difficult it was to find this information in the discussion thread.  How is your country legally prepared for an incident?
