Clearly, transformation is a word that is utilized quite often. Once again, the idea of an organizational transformation is oftentimes reliant more on theory than it is on professional practice. Unfortunately, there are far too few examples of organizations that truly commit to a deep and sustainable transformation. For this discussion, describe what it means for an organization to be in full transformation. How is transformational change different than other levels of change? Be specific in your examples in reflecting on the reading.
