2. Who is the "legal" victim in a drug case (ie who on paper is listed as the victim) and how does that differ from other units in a crime laboratory?

3. For those of us old enough to recall the Miami Vice cop show or similar Hollywood productions, why is it that they show people testing a small amount of a drug on their lip to determine if it is cocaine? If it were cocaine, what would the "tester" feel on their lip? Would this test be an accurate indicator of whether or not cocaine is present?

4. Why is Sudafed type product now kept behind the pharmacy counter and has this had the intended impact?

5. Discuss some of the dangers a first responder would face if coming upon a Clandestine laboratory.
