1. In your own words, what is emotional intelligence and why is it important for leadership? How do you think leaders can improve on their interpersonal skills if it is not their strong suit?
Can group members be working toward different visions and goals and still be effective? Why or why not?
2. Our textbook emphasizes creating a vision for social good. However, throughout history there have been leaders who created visions for evil purposes. How does the visioning process differ for those who want to influence others for evil ends? Are the characteristics of the vision the same? How does the articulation of the vision differ? How does the implementation differ?
