Provide one suggestion for a quality initiative project across a healthcare facility in Saudi Arabia with which you are familiar. If you are not familiar with any of the healthcare organizations, provide a hypothetical quality initiative project for a healthcare organization and discuss the teams which would be needed to initiate, implement and successfully execute the project. Discuss the purpose and intended outcomes of the quality initiative and how it will improve care across the organization.
