Part 1: Curriculum Vitae

Your Curriculum Vitae is an important part of your academic/professional journey. In the template available, you will find that there are many sections that you might not be able to complete right now because of lack of content... and that is OKAY!! Put placeholders in there and if you think you will never have those filled, you're free to delete those sections. In your own words, discuss how a CV is different from a resume? Why do academic organizations prefer CVs to resumes?

Part 2: History/Background of Problem

Describe in 2-3 sentences what you think this section should include in your own words. How do you propose to approach this section in terms of your writing style or outline. Do you make a detailed outline for a section before you write it, or do you simply go ahead and write it down and then edit it? Both are acceptable approaches, but it will help you to identify whether the approach you prefer is actually helping you or hindering you in terms of writing meaningfully.
