1. Identify a client that you will focus on for this assignment from within the film "Short Term 12". Consider aspects of the client that you need to take into consideration (i.e. client background, age, race, gender, sex, etc.) that have contributed to the client’s necessity for your services.

2. Identify a potential form of stress or exposure to trauma that your client may have experienced. Be specific regarding which events may have contributed to these stressful or traumatic experiences, as well as the types of stress or trauma.

3. Discuss and identify the social work strategies you would like to use that can help your client develop motivation to confront their issues.

4. Identify where you would like to begin working with the client and identify which social work theories will support your approach to working with this client.
