Reflect on the ideas offered by several powerful leaders and change agents. As part of your “theoretical” participation in the Change Higher Education Now Conference, introduce a famous leader involved in change by providing a brief biography of this person. What are the leadership characteristics he or she embodies? Offer specific lessons learned. Predict how those characteristics and lessons can be applied to challenges in higher education today.

Create either a five- to eight-slide PowerPoint presentation or a 2–3-minute video to highlight your selected leader’s background, accomplishments, and lessons learned. Be sure to include your predictions for how the leader’s influence and experience can be applied to challenges in higher education today.
