The Campus Pride Index uses several criteria to rank how friendly participating colleges and universities are for LGBTQ students. UMBC does not currently appear on the list but several other Maryland universities do, including College Park and Towson. If UMBC (University of Maryland Baltimore County) is your home campus, explore the scores for other Maryland campuses. Evaluate UMBC using the Campus Pride Index criteria. How would UMBC score? Where are we doing well and where do we have room for improvement?
