 Assignment Details

You have participated in several projects, and you are now very familiar with risk identification, risk analysis, risk response strategies, and risk monitoring. Because of your experience, your manager promoted you to the role of a project manager. You are very excited and eager to start your own project. Shortly after your promotion, you are assigned a new project. The project sponsor requested that you create a risk management plan in collaboration with other project team members.
