Based on what you learned from the video, the readings, and your independent research, share your understanding of the authority and role of the EEOC. Research a case that involved the EEOC. Outline the case and the verdict. Do you agree with the decision or not. You may want to examine an interesting situation taken on by the EEOC.  Use the internet and go back to the Hooters scenario of the early 1990's.  I realize that this case was decades ago.  However it represents a situation in which the brand of Hooters and its business model was challenged by several individuals who went to the EEOC for assistance in a discrimination charge against Hooters.  The results of this case may surprise you.  You can add your thoughts on this case with Hooters to the discussion.
