Consider governance in your personal and professional life. If governance in its simplest form is oversight, think about where governance touches your life. For example, when you consider laws, water-cleanliness regulations, where schools can be built, and what products we buy and sell, it’s apparent that governance is simply a part of all our lives. 

Respond to the following in a minimum words: 

· How do governance and different approaches to governance apply to project, program, and portfolio management?

· How do governance and compliance apply within corporations?

· Share an example of the influence of governance in project, program, and portfolio management with the class. What are the pros and cons of governance in the example you shared?
