During these challenging times, policing has come under great scrutiny, especially in terms of relations with minority communities. Based on the assumption that organizational structure is linked to function, many people have suggested that there is a need to change the structure of police organizations.After reviewing the materials in the Module, please address the following:

• Are changes to the structure of police organizations really necessary? Discuss the basis for this suggestion.
