Discuss the four types of situational leadership styles proposed by Hersey & Blanchard. Discuss the stages of follower readiness from the situational leadership theory developed by Hersey & Blanchard and identify which leadership style is more effective for each stage of follower readiness. 

Now, if a leader switches his/her style because a crisis has occurred, should you be concerned?  Why or why not? Explain.
