Discuss how you would develop and implement a leadership coaching program in your organization. In doing so, be sure to address:

• How you will incorporate the leadership coaching plan with the organization’s mission
• How leaders will develop goals for specific situations
• How your program will address at least one of the following:
  • To prepare for a position that requires substantively different leadership skills than you currently possess
  • To take a new position within your organization
  • To transition to a new organization
  • To improve your performance when someone has expressed concern about a deficit in your leadership skills that may be negatively affecting your performance
