1) Discuss both hazardous activity clause and morals clause. Find a real case where an athlete violated one or both of those clauses. Reference how you found the information. Explain the violations the player received and explain whether or not you feel this was valid or not and why. (20 points)
2) Review the coach's contract that I uploaded. Explain the legal elements, as are discussed in your textbook. Go over the elements and be sure to discuss what portions of the contract you would change, if any, and what the great elements are. (25 points)
