Submit the name of the software you've chosen as the course project topic.
Week 2
The team will submit a plan to investigate each component of this review and analysis (listed above). The plan will identify which tem member will be responsible for each component and due dates for each section.
Week 3
Submit content outline for the presentation. The outline will, indicate in detail the plan to address the above criteria, and the primary sources of information you will use.
Feedback on your topic selection and project outline will be provided by the instructor.
Week 7
Submit completed project by the end of Week 7.

Team Application Paper
Working with your course project team, investigate Electronic Health Information Exchange Organizations. This is a collaborative team project - with your team complete a search for information about the current state and federal regulations and best practices for Electronic Health Information Exchange Organizations. Each team member will research and report on a different aspect of electronic health information exchange (e.g., education, implementation, maintenance, use, policy, privacy). Group members will collaborate to report findings in a formal group paper using collaborative technologies such as Microsoft Word with track changes.
Deliverables
Week 4
Each team will submit the plan for this collaborative application paper. The plan will include the topics covered and team members assigned to research each topic. The team will submit one plan. 10 points
Week 5 Each team will submit a rough draft of the team application paper on Electronic Health Information Exchanges. The rough draft will include the contributions of each student and will address each of the components identified in the week 4 plan. Teams are encouraged to use Smarthinking writing source to review the draft prior to submission. The team will submit one draft. 30 points
Week 6
Each team will submit the final version of the collaborative team paper. 80 points
