SECOND DRAFT

The purpose of the second draft is to further develop the ideas you began communicating in the first draft.  There is more than one way to organize your essay, but a common method is problem and solution.  If your essay is organized as a problem/solution, then your second draft will include three sections: a solution, benefits, and a conclusion. The second draft should be at least four pages long, not counting the title page and references (approximately 1750-2000 words).  If you have made changes to your list of references, cite each new reference carefully both in the text and on the references page.
