Review  the case study scenario found online. Create a short history of Acme Medical Center  based upon the facts provided; end by copying the current status of AMC  as defined in the scenario.

1. Develop  the mission, vision, and value statements for Acme Medical Center.  These statements will be an integral part of your final strategic plan.  The mission statement should be 1-2 sentences, while the vision  statement should be only one sentence. Several value statements may be  created.
2. Discuss  your rationale for choosing the mission, vision, and value statements . Show how the ethical principles  of beneficence, autonomy, and justice are demonstrated in the value  statements.
