For each day (seven days), identify and define a conflict style you used and give an example of you using it. Assess whether or not the conflict style was effective while experiencing the conflict, and describe another conflict style or technique from the "Difficult Conversations" book that may have been more effective.

This should have seven journal entries (1 per day), and each journal entry should include:

  1. Description of the conflict (set the scene; what happened?)
  2.
  3. Identification and definition of the conflict style (cite the Hocker and Wilmot book when defining the conflict style).
  4.
  5. For each of the 7 conflicts describe, in retrospect, whether another conflict style or technique from the "Difficult Conversations" book may worked well, perhaps better, during the conflicts? Cite Hocker and Wilmot (Interpersonal Conflict) and or Difficult Conversations when describing the alternative style or technique.
