  • Describe how you as a leader can develop an effective performance management system for your organization. What are some of the key elements you would want to see and address? Be specific and give examples in your current profession/job on how you would tackle this. Just don’t use something currently in place, how would you do things differently to properly use one-on-one leadership. Do you think the Situational Leadership model has an influence on properly setting performance expectations?
  • As a leader how would you personally deal with an employee who had a decline in performance or had a decommitment to the company or project/department? How can you make this individual better and when would it be time to make adjustments?
