Do you believe that high school and college graduates are less likely to be involved in criminal behavior? Why have gangs become a major concern in contemporary American society? 2. Do you believe that "labeling" help create criminals in our society? Discuss the labeling theory. What is Moffit's Dual Taxonomic Theory and do you agree or disagree? If so, explain.

3. In Austin, Texas last week a 21 year old ran from law enforcement as a result of an attempted stop for DWI. In fleeing the man drove his car into a large crowd killing three people and injuring over two dozen. Based on the information you have learned about criminal behavior what theories apply in this case? Please research the case and explain your position.
