For this assignment, you will compose a detailed personal managerial philosophy. Included in this philosophy should be your own values, beliefs, experiences, education, training, priorities, and expectations of both yourself and others who work with you or work for you. Once you have completed your philosophy, you will also include answers to the following questions:
*What aspect of this philosophy has served you well?
*What aspect needs improvement?

As part of the examination of your managerial philosophy, include a discussion on the best manager you ever had. Explain his/her strengths and weaknesses. What impact did he/she make on your management style?

Support your paper with minimum of three (3) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
