Description

If the argument is labeled like a brief, it is 50% off the total grade and the paper must be redone properly.

If the citations are not done in footnotes using Chicago Manual style, it is 50% off the total grade and the paper must be redone properly.

If you do not know what is meant by “parts” below go back to the reading, “Interlocution to the Study of Law,” Chapter 4, Legal Writing.

Minimum 2.5 pages. If you do not have 2.5 pages, do more legal research.

PART 1: First part contains the facts. If this is done in more than 1 paragraph that is fine, just realize the paragraphs after this will be renumbered.

Your paper should have 5 “parts”. If you are confused by what I mean by “parts” then review the reading, “Introduction to the Study of Law” Chapter 4, Legal Writing.

PART 2: Second part contains the issue/topic and an overview of the law and includes at least 1 example of another case to illustrate the situation.

Topic/issue:Has a contract been formed between Dowodu and Sitro?

You must have at least one example from another case or example.
