The United States is the most diverse country on the planet. With all of our diversity, we have issues. When discussing differences in this issue we tend to focus on only a handful of areas. Consider the following:

I   Individuals; Intelligence; Interests; Integration.

V   Values; Variety; Versatile; Views; Virtues.

E   Education; Ethnicity; Economic Status; Expectations; Equality.

R   Race; Respect; Religion; Roles; Rural.

S   Style; Social Class; Similarities; Segregation; Sex; Seniors; Sexuality.

I   Income; Inclusive; Immigration; Ideas.

T   Talents; Training; Thoughts; Teamwork.

Y   Youthful; You; Yearning; Years.

Discussion Question:  Do we as a nation spend too much time on the issue of diversity? Or, do we spend too little time on it? What evidence do you have to support your argument?
