Chapter 7 - Interview questions -

Select a position in your "Company" that you feel would be filled using a Structured interview.

Briefly describe the position so that we can understand it and how it relates to your "Company,"

Provide at least four (4) good interview questions that would help you determine if the job candidate will be truly qualified for this job opening.  If possible, include a behavioral or situational question.  You want to stay away from questions that can be answered with a "yes" or "no" or one-word answers.

Please watch your spelling, grammar and sentence structure.

You should suggest at least two (2) other questions that you think would help weed out the bad candidates or help to find the best candidate.  You might also need to make suggestions for improving the questions in the original post.  

All interview questions must be job related and legal.
