Whenever change occurs in organizations, families, or individuals, people react in different ways. People have a full spectrum of capacity to change, from highly resistant to change to enthusiastically embracing change and this capacity within each of us changes day-to-day. What change has occurred in your organization recently and what kinds of behavior did you observe from the individuals involved with the change?
