There are many aspects involved with the performance of a self-managing team.  Discuss how you and your team have approached the issue of multitasking as you work on your team project concurrently with individual work on your capstone projects.

• Include in your discussion the issues related to accountability to the team. 
• How do you balance the desire to be individually recognized for your own efforts, with the collective recognition given to the entire team for overall performance results?
