This is vitally important in the health care industry as every aspect of management faces crucial ethical elements.Then, in the rest of your assessment, complete the following:- Explain how organizational culture can affect ethical health care management practices. Be sure you consider this from the perspective of both a negative organizational culture as well as a positive one. (Hint: think about other aspects that may be affected by organizational culture.)
- Describe possible ethical issues related to organizational change that could affect the existing organizational culture, patient safety, and organizational integrity.
- Explain the role of personal moral integrity in effectively leading change and maintaining a positive organizational culture.
- Describe evidence-based strategies health care leaders can use to prevent or resolve ethical challenges related to changes in organizational culture.

Prepare a proposal for the implementation of a new electronic patient health record system. In your proposal, complete the following:- Explain the external forces that are driving the proposal. (Hint: federal regulations are not the only forces you should consider.)
- Explain the ethical considerations that are driving the proposal.
- Describe the risks and their associated ethical challenges related to not accepting the proposal. (Hint: there are many risks here. Be sure you consider the risks from multiple perspectives.)
- Explain how the proposed change will benefit and ensure ethical integrity for the organization, employees, and patients.
Ethics and Patient-Centered Care
In your executive report and for each of the ethical dilemmas, be sure you include the following:- Analyze the ethical dilemmas presented in the case study.
- Describe each of the ethical dilemmas.
- Explain the factors that contributed to each dilemma.
- Identify the ethical principle that you used for each ethical dilemma to help guide your decision making.
- Describe the external forces and internal organizational factors you considered for each dilemma.
- Describe any legal or regulatory forces.
- Describe any organizational policies and/or processes.
- Explain the evidence-based strategy you used to resolve each ethical dilemma. (Hint: another way to think of this is to imagine that you did take action on each of the dilemmas. With that in mind, what strategy would you use and what supporting evidence do you have that the strategy is sound and effective?)
- Explain how an awareness of your own personal integrity helped you decide on a strategy
