1. Consider the staffing process and the environments in which they are used. Looking at this process from your eyes, think about how this process affected you during your hiring process. It is possible that you have been involved on the opposite end of the process while hiring employees. Journal about this process from the employer and prospective employee point of view.
2. What are the Social Responsibilities of a company and the management? Do they conflict with the responsibilities the organization has to the owners (in corporations the stockholders), their employees, and their business partners such as suppliers and marketing intermediaries?
