Technology can assist in organizational efficiency. In this case you will examine a bank that is implementing a new technology and the impact on employees.

This written case analysis must be at least 1500 words (not including the title, abstract and reference pages), double-spaced, and in current APA format. Please note that the stated word count is a minimum. Therefore, you are encouraged to ensure that you have thoroughly researched and responded to each question/prompt provided below. Each assignment must include a title page, abstract and a references page. Include an introduction and a conclusion. Use at least 4 scholarly sources (published within the last 5 years), the course textbook, and biblical integration.

See the Module 6: Week 6 Learn materials and answer the following questions in regard to the Schlesinger case.

· Introduce the situation in the case. What are three key issues to consider with the training program roll out? Present best practices that address those issues.

· Should the bank move ahead with the training program roll out? Defend your position.

· Regardless of the position you chose above, assume the technology roll out is ordered. What recommendations do you have for implementation? What measures would you use to measure the success of the roll out?

· Leaders can be in a position where they feel company efficiency and profits are at odds with employee well-being. Discuss your point of view on the matter.
