Outline of Final Project. Prepare a well-developed two to three page outline of your final project (see final project instructions in Week Six). At a minimum, the outline must include the following:

o An outline of the short-term actions section of the project.
o An outline of the medium-term actions, including identification of the three areas essential for medium-

term actions that will be addressed in the final project.

o An outline of the long-term actions, including identification of the two areas essential for long-term actions that will be addressed in the final project.

o An outline of the expected outcomes.
o Identification of at least four of the eight outsides sources that will be used in addition to the textbook.

In addition to the requirements above, your paper: o Must be double-spaced and 12 point font. 

Must be formatted according to APA style.
o Must reference two scholarly resources in addition to the textbook. o Must include a reference page written in APA format.
