Week 7 – Video Reflection Discussion

For the final piece of your Portfolio Project, you will reflect upon the overall deliverable components of the Project, and how it directly relates to the Bryant & Stratton Workplace Capabilities (see the chart below).  The purpose of this exercise is to discuss and present the overall Portfolio Project experience, especially the main body of your Portfolio Project Paper and then relate that experience to your current or future career.

For the W7 Reflection Portfolio Project Reflection you will create a video reflection to share with your peers in the Discussion Forum.  The total recording time for your video should be 3-5 minutes in length.  You will also respond to two students’ videos either in written or video format.

NOTE: Forthis reflection, you must pick“Tolerance,”alongwith twoadditional Workplace Capabilities,andthendiscuss the following:

• Explainyour reasoningforchoosingthese Workplace Capabilities.
• Analyze the importanceofthese Workplace Capabilities to yourfuture career.

Responses

For your responses, you should reflect on the whole of the video presentation of two of your classmates.  You may respond either with a written commentary of what you learned from your classmate’s reflection, or you may post a 2-3 minute video response including the same criteria as a written response.  In either case, please make note of areas where you learned something from your classmate and offer at least one constructive item that would help that student based on your experience with the Portfolio Project.
