Book Review assignment

Book Review 20%: Each studentwill be required to read and write a 3 page review of a non-fiction book of their choice , one that is relevant to the course material. Book must be approved by the instructor prior to reading. See course home page.

100 Outstanding in all ways.

95 Excellent analysis (most important), organization, grammar, word use, punctuation. Proper length.

90 Generally as above with some imperfections.

85 Very good analysis & organization, etc. May need a deeper analysis or have other imperfections.

80 Good analysis & organization. May have grammar, punctuation or word use issues, slang.

75 Short length, average analysis or organization. Poor grammar & spelling, slang.

70 Serious deficiencies in any of the categories.
