This personal reflection and position statement paper will provide you the opportunity to express and articulate your leadership beliefs and understandings IN ORDER for new learning about leadership to take place. In short, you will start from the “here and now” and grow and develop and apply your understanding of leadership facts, concepts and generalizations.

In this paper you may speak and use the first person as you share (discuss and explain) your personal and/or professional perspectives on leadership. Provide examples of leadership in action, characteristics, attributes, behaviors etc. of effective leadership – how, when and where you practice leadership based on your ideology.
