Overview:
In our Unit 4 assignment, you willexplain how marital status can influence diversity and potentially lead to discrimination (perceived or not), and explore how business leaders can better promote gender equality in the workplace.
Assignment Details:
Write a 1,000-word paper, addressing the following three questions:
1. What are some good qualities that make women (more so than men) well suited to assume high-level leadership roles?
2. What are your thoughts regarding President Obama’s comments on workplace diversity? Provide a resource to validate your thoughts. NOTE: Please do not focus on politics; focus on women in the workplace.
3. What is one solution you believe would work to break through the “glass ceiling” and why?
Submission Requirements:
· APA format is required, which includes:
o Title page
o 12pt. font in Times New Roman anddouble-spaced
o Reference page, with in-text citations
· Entire paper length should be 1,000 words or more; the answer to each question should be over 300 words each.
· Include an introduction and conclusion (included in word count!)
