After watching the “Modern Discrimination: Subtle but Significant” TED Talk, write a 300-word example of a time where you experienced discrimination (as Mikki describes it: you are someone the other person doesn’t like without any specifically known reason). Be sure to talk about whether you would have done something differently based on what you learned from the TED Talk.In 150-300 words, describe how you have observed yourself or others make “unconscious biases” at the workplace. Comment on two other students’ discussion board posts, specifically how you might alter or change the behavior to avoid such a “bias.”
